- DVDs ,Videotapes, and CDs – 1 week, 1 renewal
- Musical Scores – 4 weeks, 2 renewals
- Reserves – as specified by instructor
- Accompanying materials – same as the item it accompanies
Non-circulating materials

Faculty and staff may take these
materials from the library with appropriate permission

Periodicals, reference materials, and
items in archives and special collections are non-circulating but can be
used in the library

Music CDs, kept behind the circulation
desk, may be checked out by faculty
Archives
- Access to archival materials is generally limited to
regular business hours (8 to 5, Monday through Friday), unless special
arrangements are made.
- All patrons must sign for any archival and special
collections materials pulled for their use.
- Archival materials may not leave the library.
Electronic Resources
- All electronic resources are available for use in the
library
- Faculty, staff, and students may access most electronic
resources from off-campus, as stipulated in the various license agreements
for these resources.
- Public access computers in the Reference Commons are to
be used for research only. The library faculty and staff reserve the right
to limit use of these machines for non-research purposes, particularly
during busy periods or when a class is in the library.
- Patrons who use the library’s computers to access
inappropriate materials may be asked to discontinue or to leave the library.
