The University of Montevallo offers a B.S. in Kinesiology with two tracks of study:

1. Physical Education with Teacher Certification at the Class B level.
2. Health Promotion

The Department of Kinesiology offers a Traditional M.Ed., as well as an Alternative Fifth Year Program leading to the M.Ed. (AFY). The curriculum satisfies requirements for Alabama Class A certification at the graduate level.
