Please refer to the documents below for your
annual Planning and Assessment efforts. The University Planning Calendar
includes important dates that ensure that our planning and assessment process is
both purposeful and continuous. The planning forms are available in two formats
-- outline style and table format. Since both formats capture the same
information, please use the format that best suits your preferences and needs.
