Directions

Heading North on I-65, take exit 246 (Highway 119 exit).  Turn right onto Hwy 119.  Continue on Hwy 119 for approx. 3 miles.  Turn left at the traffic light at the intersection of Caldwell Mill Road & Hwy 119.  There will be a Sunny Foods with a Shell service station on the left of the intersection.  OMHS is about 1/2 mile on the left.
