Directions to AMSTI-UM / Regional Inservice Center

From Birmingham:

Take I-65 South and take exit 246 (Cahaba Valley Rd/Hwy. 119 exit).  At the end of the exit ramp, turn right and proceed to the red light at the intersection of Highway 31.  Turn left onto Highway 31 and go approximately 2 miles to 2790 Pelham Parkway on your right.  (This used to be the Virginia College Tech building.  It is just before the METRO truck rental.)

From Montgomery:

Take I-65 North and take exit 242 (Pelham/Helena Highway 52 exit).  At the end of the exit ramp turn left.  Proceed to the red light at the intersection of Highway 31 and turn right onto Highway 31.  Go for approximately 1.7 miles to 2790 Pelham Parkway on your left.   (This used to be the Virginia College Tech building.  It is just past the METRO truck rental.)
