Honors Program 

The Mission of the University of Montevallo's Honors Program is to provide intellectually talented students with specially  designed academic offerings, co-curricular activities, and recognition.  

Honors students are afforded classes with limited enrollment, specially designed and taught by demanding and supportive faculty, time with other academically focused students, and encouragement, both public and private, to persevere. The Honors Program provides these features through a spectrum of academic offerings, opportunities for recognition, and extracurricular activities.

Our Honors Program is designed to enhance your experience at UM . You will pursue a major and minor in your area of interest while taking honors courses at each stage of your academic career.
