The brothers of the Eta
Omega chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity
would like to welcome you to the University of
Montevallo. You are about to undertake one of
the most important steps in your college career,
the decision to pledge a fraternity. You have
already chosen a high quality University to
further your education: now you must use the
same careful consideration in choosing a college
fraternity.
The Alpha Tau Omega fraternity of the
University of Montevallo strives to promote to the highest degree: scholarship,
athletics, religion, leadership, service, and brotherhood; all of which we feel
build sound character and a mature man. The brothers urge you to visit with all
the fraternities on campus, study each one carefully, and choose the one that
suits your goals and needs best and measures up to the quality you want from a
fraternity.
Last summer the ΑΤΩ chapter moved in a newly
renovated house at 930 Bloch Street near the University library. We hope that
you will stop by and visit us there so that we can answer any questions you may
have about fraternity life in general or of the ΑΤΩ chapter in specific.
Admission into the ΑΤΩ chapter is selective and
is determined by the individual character, scholastic ability, and sincere
desire to affiliate with our fraternity. A full schedule of events has been
planned to make this rush one of ΑΤΩ’s most outstanding. We hope you will stop
by and visit and give some serious thought if you plan to make a fraternity a
part of you college life.
Famous Alumni include:Steve Spurrier, Greg
