The Graduate Completer Survey is a graduation requirement and should be completed ASAP.  It can only be completed online at:  http://www.montevallo.edu/grad/GradCompleterSurvey.asp

                            

Important dates, times, and locations to remember:

  • Fill out a completer survey and diploma card
Deadline July 1st
  • Submit certification paperwork to TEP Office
 Contact Teacher Education Services (665-6352) for deadline information
  • Check with advisor to make sure transfer credit form has been filled out and submitted to OGS if any transfer credit is being applied to UM transcript
 by July 30
  • Pay University debts
 by August 1
  • Pay diploma fee at Cashier's Office (665-6065)
 by August 1
  • Apparel (Bookstore:  665-6575)
 ORDER JUNE 23rd 10:00 am-4:00 pm in the BOOKSTORE
  • Graduation rehearsal (Palmer Hall)
 August 8, 2:00 p.m.
  • Graduation reception (Anna Irvin)
 August 8, 6:00 p.m.
  • Commencement (Palmer Hall)
 August 8, 7:30 p.m.

If you do not wish to participate in the ceremony, you must notify the Office of Graduate Studies of your intent so that you may be excused.  Please call our office at 665-6350 or e-mail graduate@montevallo.edu. 

Please be certain that all degree requirements have been met.  Students taking courses at other institutions must have evidence of the satisfactory completion of those courses submitted to the Office of Graduate Studies in a timely manner. 

A diploma card and completer survey must be on file in the Office of Graduate Studies for graduation. The diploma card can be picked up at the Office of Graduate Studies (Wills 208).  If you have any questions, please call our office or e-mail graduate@montevallo.edu.
