Financial Assistance for
Graduate Studies for Professional Development

Guidelines:
Annually
some funds are set aside in the Graduate
Admissions and Records budget for the support of
graduate students who are engaged in
professional activity, e.g., presenting papers,
facilitating meetings, etc. Funds allocated for
this purpose usually are targeted for the
reimbursement of student expenses and will be
divided equally for the fall and spring terms.
Applications for assistance will be evaluated
and recipients will be selected by the Assistant
Vice President for Academic Affairs (or his
designee) and two Graduate Council members. This
committee will also set the amount of assistance
for each recipient.
Application Deadlines:
Fall - October 1st / Spring - February 1st
