Montevallo's new Master's degree in Instructional Leadership (formerly known as Educational Administration) begins Spring Semester 2009.  This degree leads to Class A certification for Assistant Principals, Principals, and other school administrators.

If you already have a master's degree and Class A certification in another teaching field, you can attain a second master's degree in Instructional Leadership.  Some hours from your first master's degree may count toward the second master's.

The Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership is open to candidates holding Class A certification in that field.
