Faculty Senate Budget Report

Selected Analysis Notes:

1.   University revenues continue to show limited growth. Increases in revenue are at the expense of our students with higher tuition and fees.

2.   The College of Arts and Sciences budget increase is smaller than the other three colleges over the four year period examined. An increase at the same rate as the other colleges would have increased Arts and Sciences budget by $200,000.

3.   Insurance costs have risen substantially across campus budgets.

Recommendations:

1.   That a copy of the Faculty Senate Budget report be made available to the
      faculty.

2.   That the Faculty Senate Budget Committee continue to build a budget database for trend analysis.
