Faculty Assembly
A suggestion was made to send handwritten invitations to new faculty about the Faculty Assembly. 

 Faculty Morale
What happened to the fall get-together?
Where are we with the faculty lounge? 
A history of the lounge idea was explained.  Mr. Lawley is willing to work with faculty to find a space to convert to a lounge for faculty

 Board meetings
How can the faculty develop a rapport with the Board? 
Will the Faculty Senate have the opportunity for a spring get together with the Board?
Suggestions made included inviting them on campus to observe specific areas of interest and making sure they are sent current information about the University
Carla Best is the Administrative Assistant for the Board

 Council of Department Chairs
Students want to know where the tuition increase is going.
Harry Hamilton addressed this as Chair of the Budget Committee

Where are we with this?
We will do further analysis this year.
Responses to the first survey will be a base-line survey

Scholars Wall
Where are we with this?
This just needs to be done.  We have $1,000.00 for this. 
This year’s committee and last year’s folks can work together to get this done. Presently, work is being done to gather the photographs.
