The Office of Continuing Education is responsible administratively for special activities including, but not limited to, off campus courses, non-credit courses, conferences and institutes which include short courses and workshops, all foreign travel and study courses conducted under the name of the University of any of its various departments and units, and special interest camps. All such activities are administered by the Office of Continuing Education.
Procedures regulating special activities are formulated by the Office of Continuing Education, recommended by the Council of Deans and approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, by the Special Assistant to the President for Intercultural and Governmental Affairs (if applicable), and by the President.
