I teach and write on relationships between human and place.  Most of my classes deal with ecocritical concerns, but I have also taught courses on such topics as “The Sabotage Novel” and “World Horror.”  Reviews of my book, Ecosublime, have been encouraging, though after writing it I have come to realize that awareness and change rarely come in an instant.
