Judicial Referrals
For disputes involving student misconduct there are two avenues of resolution. One is to request a meeting with the Vice President for Student Affairs to discuss the situation. Another is to refer the case to the University Justice Council. Individuals recommending a case be heard by the University of Montevallo Justice Council should complete and return a UM Incident Report and a Judicial Referral Form to:
