How to Login to Service-Now

 

The steps below will assist UM faculty, staff and students with logging in to Service-Now to submit an online incident or request:

1. Navigate to the University of Montevallo's Help Desk page:
    
2. In the center of the Help Desk page, click the Service-Now button:
    
3. You will be taken to the main Service-Now login page.
    
4. Your username for Service-Now is your University of Montevallo email address:
   • UM students login to Service-Now using their ForUM Email addresses
     (example: jsmith@forum.montevallo.edu)
   • UM faculty and staff use their main UM email addresses
     (example: jdoe@montevallo.edu)
      
5. Your password for Service-Now is your ForUM password.
