Creating a Rule to Delete Broadcast Emails

 

Do your ForUM Email messages automatically forward to your main UM email account (Outlook or Entourage)?  Would you like a way to automatically delete UOMBroadcast emails that are forwarded from ForUM Email?  The instructions below will show you how to create a rule in Outlook (or Entourage on the Mac) to do just that!

• Outlook (PC Users):  Use this set of instructions
• Entourage (Mac Users): Use this set of instructions

Please note:  The rules created by these instructions will automatically delete UOMBroadcast emails that are forwarded to your main UM email account before you see them.  Not all UOMBroadcast emails are duplicated by AllFacStaff emails.  Use of this rule without also monitoring your ForUM Email account directly may cause you to miss some emails.
