The Technology Services Help Desk is available to assist University of Montevallo faculty, staff and students with technology-related issues and requests.  The Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your Service-Now username is your full Montevallo email address.
(example: jsmith@montevallo.edu)

If you have not used Service-Now previously,
you will need to set your initial password using the Reset password link
on the SNOW login page.
