Class Email List General Information

 

Student email lists will be generated each semester and emailed to the faculty member of record for each class.  If you communicate with your students via email, you should use their UMail email address contained in these lists.

Please note that the lists may include students who have placed directory restrictions on their records; therefore, to protect any restricted information when sending email to the students on this list, you should not place multiple addresses in the To: or Cc: fields of your email message.  Instead, when sending email to multiple students, you should make use of the Bcc: field (the Blind Carbon/Courtesy Copy field).  See "How to Use BCC" below for instructions.
