Enabling the BCC Field in Outlook

 

If Outlook uses MS Word as the text (email) editor, click here.

Outlook may not show the Bcc: field when you open a new email message:
Example: A New Email without a BCC field

If the Bcc: field is not visible, you will need to change the View settings.  Here's how:

  1. Click View on the menu bar.
  2. Select Bcc Field from the menu.

  3. The Bcc: field now appears in new email messages.
    Example: Email with BCC field
