The Administrative Offices of the University of Montevallo use computers as their main source of gathering information for the operation of the University.  The Administrative Computing pages provide tips and other information to help them with their work.

Who to Call for Assistance

  • Are you having trouble logging in to your computer or having a problem with your email?
    Contact the Computer Services Help Desk to initiate a call ticket by calling (205) 665-6520.
     
  • Are you having trouble accessing the Administrative system, the Internet or some other system?
    Contact the Computer Services Help Desk to initiate a call ticket.  Call (205) 665-6520 or send an email to helpdesk@montevallo.edu.
     
  • Do you have a question about the Service/Change Request process?
    Read the Service/Change Request process.  If you still have a question, please contact the Computer Services Application Manager at (205) 665-6512.
     
  • Do you need to initiate a Service/Change Request?
    Complete the online Service/Change Request Form.
     
  • Do you have a question about one of the types of changes that can be requested?
    Read the Instructions for Service/Change Requests.  If your question is not answered, please contact the Applications Manager at (205) 665-6512.
     
  • Do you need general assistance, need help not listed above, or not sure who to call?
    Contact the Computer Services office at (205) 665-6512.
