Earlier Windows Operating Systems
and Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

Synopsis:
Sun Microsystems does not support any version of Windows prior to Windows 98SE.  Users of earlier Windows versions may experience unpredictable behavior with applications and websites that utilize JRE.
