Script and Program Cover Competitions
Script Competition 2011-12
Deadline: 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2011
Drop-off location: Art Office, Bloch Hall*
Scripts must:
- clearly indicated as to which Side it is being submitted
- be typed and largely free from typographical errors
- include a list of characters and character descriptions
- include a list of musical numbers
- include lyrics and/or a description of major musical numbers (including purpose, characters, content, and style)
- be complete and written in dialogue form (no outlines or scenarios of future scenes)
Only complete scripts will be considered. Drafts, sketches, synopses, or partial scripts will not be considered.
* All scripts become the property of the University of Montevallo. A release of ownership must be signed at the time of script submission.
Program Cover Competition
There will be a contest for the best design for the program cover.
There is a $75.00 prize for the design selected.
