The admission of qualified candidates to our
program is a simple process. However, if you have any

Important: All Teacher Leadership applicants
must: |

(a) |
hold a master’s
level professional education certificate in any teaching
field or area of instructional support. |
| |
(b)
|
have a minimum of three full years of full-time
teaching experience in a P-12 setting. |

$30.00 application fee. Attach check with mailed
application or pay by credit card with online

An official transcript from the institution in which
your master's degree was earned. |

Photocopy of your Class A certificate (Any
teaching field or any grade level). |

Completed
Supplement EXP for verification of required
teaching experience. Note: Form must be
