  The admission of qualified candidates to our program is a simple process. However, if you have any questions about the program or the steps below, please contact us. We are here to help.
 
Important: All Teacher Leadership applicants must:
  (a) hold a master’s level professional education certificate in any teaching field or area of instructional support.
  (b) have a minimum of three full years of full-time teaching experience in a P-12 setting.

Please submit (electronically, by mail, or in person) the following to the Office of Graduate Admissions and Records:
  1. Completed Application Form.
  2. $30.00 application fee. Attach check with mailed application or pay by credit card with online application.
  3. An official transcript from the institution in which your master's degree was earned.
  4. Photocopy of your Class A certificate (Any teaching field or any grade level).
  5. Completed Supplement EXP for verification of required teaching experience. Note: Form must be completed by employer.
  6. Teacher Leadership Admission Portfolio (Portfolio Instructions)
