Teacher Leadership

 

This degree program is open to teachers in grades P-12 and all subject areas.  It is an innovative program designed to prepare teachers to assume more active roles in school improvement.  The focus is on the development of knowledge and skills that will enable Teacher Leaders to work alongside their peers, school administrators, and others to lead in efforts that will improve schools and positively impact student achievement.

The Teacher Leadership program provides classroom teachers from all subject areas and across all grade levels an interdisciplinary and collaborative course of study that centers on inquiry into school-related problems, issues, and needs.
