Jan. 2, 2008	Payment deadline for Spring for pre-registered students
Jan. 7, 2008	Spring classes begin Spring payment is due if registered between January 3 and January 7
Jan. 11, 2008	Last day for refund for dropped course(s) Last day to change meal plan
May 2, 2008	Payment deadline for May term pre-registered students
May 5, 2008	May term classes begin Last day to drop/add a class Last day for refund for dropped course(s)
May 27, 2008	Payment deadline for pre-registered students for Summer 1
June 3, 2008	Summer 1 classes begin Last day to drop/add a class Last day for refund for dropped course(s) Last day to change meal plan
June 26, 2008	Payment deadline for pre-registered students for Summer II
July 8, 2008	Summer II classes begin Last day to drop/add a class Last day for refund for dropped course(s) Last day to change meal plan
August 15, 2008	Payment deadline for Fall Semester for pre-registerd students
August 25, 2008	Fall classes begin Fall payment is due if registered between August 18 and August 25

Student Bill:  A student's account may be viewed and paid online anytime at http://www.montevallo.edu/um_stud_life.shtm and login to Student Services.

Payment:   Checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted by mail, at the cashiers office, or by phone.  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted on the WEB through viewing the students bill. Please call the cashiers office to remove any cashier holds after the balance has been paid.

Late Payment Fee:  If payment is not made on time or loans are not applied to the student's account by the payment deadline, a $50.00 late fee will be charged.
