    Whether you’re looking to shed a few extra pounds with some regular cardio or you’re trying to bulk up with more muscle, the SAC weight room is your comfort zone. With state-of-the-art equipment for a multitude of functions, you’ll find everything you need to stay in shape.

  • Natatorium

    Our world-class natatorium is more than just a fun way to relax and get some exercise—it’s a point of pride. With aerobics classes offered during the week and family swim hours on the weekends, there are many opportunities to enjoy yourself. All you have to do is dive in.

  • Walking Track

    If you want to get some good cardio without the monotony of a treadmill and/or the unpredictability of an outdoor track, the SAC offers an indoor walking track [that encircles the UM basketball court]. Mark your progress on a lap-by-lap basis, or measure out a number of miles and reach your goals.
