Paula
Radmard
will compete in her third season with
the Lady Falcons. She will compete for
playing time at forward. Last season,
she appeared in 16 matches, started in
13 matches and led the team in goals
scored with five. She also netted three
game-winning goals, against Christian
Brothers, Georgia College and State and
North Alabama. She was also named to the
Gulf South Conference Honor Roll. As a
freshman,
she appeared in 17 matches, started in
six matches, and finished third on the
team in goals scored. She tallied a goal
and two assists in a victory over Eckerd
College, and netted two goals in a
victory over Delta State University.
Paula prepped at Vestavia Hills High
School and played for coaches Jeff
Cochran and Brigid Littleton. She was
the recipient of the 3D Award
(Dedication, Determination and
Discipline) and also the Girls Soccer
Award. She has also competed for coach
Luke Wittle for two seasons with the
Vestavia Hills Soccer Club and four
seasons for coaches John Shringham, Josh
Sevrens and Matt Popinski with the
Mountain Brook Soccer Club. She was
named team captain for Mountain Brook
for two seasons. She has a
sister, Sherine.
A communications major
at UM, she is the daughter of Tammy Radmard and Shahin Radmard. |
