Natalie Martineau will join the Lady Falcon soccer team this fall. She will compete for playing time as a forward.

Natalie comes to UM with vast international playing experience, competing with the Under-20 and Under-17 Canadian Natonal Women's Soccer teams for the past two years. She was part of the U-20 Canadian National Team player pool used o select the roster for the 2006 CONCACAF Women's U-20 final round qualification tournament in Mexico. She scored four goals in three games with the U-20 Canadian National Team, before representing her team at the U.S. Soccer Adidas Cup in Houston, Texas in 2005. Natalie also led her Dixie Soccer Club team to the Canadian National Club Championship, Ontario Cup Championship and Ontario Youth Soccer League Championship in 2004. She also competed with the Erin Mills Soccer Club for four years, with her team winning the Canadian National Club Championship in 2001 and a semifinalist in 2003. She has trained at the National Training Center since 2003. She has three sisters, Stephanie, Elyse and Jocelyne.

A general sciences major at UM, she is the daughter of Nicole and Lionel Martineau.
