Jeremy Jones will compete in his first season with the Falcons. He will compete for playing time in the outfield.

Jeremy is a transfer to UM from Lureen B. Wallace Community College, where he was named to the Dean’s List while competing for Steve Helms. As a sophomore, he batted .338 in 48 games, collecting three hits in a game against Faulkner State, Chattahoochee Valley, Bishop State and Enterprise-Ozark CC. As a freshman, Jeremy batted .287 in 50 games.

Jeremy prepped at Charles Henderson High School in Troy, where he was part of a squad that won the Alabama 5A State Championship his junior year, while playing for coach Brad Phillips.

A kinesiology major at UM, he is the son of Annette and Willie Toney.
