Ashley Stolze
will compete in her second season with the Montevallo volleyball program this fall. She competed in 10 matches, appearing in 29 games last season, before suffering an season-ending injury. Ashley collected a season-best 15 kills and five block assists against Ouachita Baptist in the UM Volleyball Fall Classic. She will compete for playing time this season as a middle hitter. In the classroom, Ashley was one of 11 Lady Falcons to be named to the Gulf South Conference Honor Roll.

Ashley prepped at Oak Mountain High School where her team finished fifth in the Alabama 6A state playoffs. She also competed for Birmingham Volleyball Club, where she was voted Most Improved in 2003.  While graduating as Salutatorian of her class, Ashley was a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta and the German Honor Society. She also received the 11th grade English Award. A general studies major at UM, Ashley is the daughter of Debbie and Dale.
