Ashley Haynes
will join the University
of Montevallo volleyball program this
fall. She will compete for playing time
as an outside hitter.
Ashley received numerous honors her
junior season while competing for coach
Wendy McKibbin at Oxford High School.
She was named to the Second Team
All-State by the Alabama Volleyball
Coaches Association, and Honorable
Mention All-State by the Alabama SportsWriters Association. Ashley was
also an All-County selection. She did
not compete her senior year in high
school due to injury. Ashley also
competed for the 18 Elite Black Team of
the Birmingham Volleyball Club for coach
Jay Correll.A mathematics major at UM,
she is the daughter of Bobby Haynes. |
