The Student Art Association is recommended for all art majors who are dedicated to art and academics. It offers a great way for majors to meet with fellow art students, participate in professional activities like exhibitions and travel opportunities, and help support the department. In the past few years SAA has organized juried shows, trips to the High Museum in Atlanta, a trip to New York City, a trip to the art biennial PS1 in New Orleans, a trip to Chicago, and much more. Typically we have a weekly meeting on Wednesday night at 8pm in Bloch Hall, room 202. Anyone with an interest in art is welcome. |
