A student who drops a course or who officially withdraws from enrollment at the University may receive an adjustment of some costs. Drops and withdrawals will be adjusted at 100 percent through the last day on which classes may be added. Thereafter, no adjustment will be made for a dropped class. No adjustment will be made when a class is changed from credit to audit.

Administration
fee
For students who
officially withdraw, a fee of the lesser
of $100 or 5 percent of tuition, fees,
room and board, and other assessed
charges will be charged.
Refunds
for drop or official withdrawal
If the
student eligible for a refund received
financial aid, the refund check shall be
made payable to the financial aid
program. The University and federal
financial aid funds receive prorated
shares of the refund. If a balance
remains after the financial aid programs
have been repaid, this amount is refunded
to the student at the campus address (for
dropped courses) or at the permanent
address (for official withdrawal).
