Alabama's Public Liberal Arts University

Accessibility Services

The University of Montevallo is dedicated to providing full accessibility to all of its programs and services for individuals with disabilities.  Part of this goal includes the provision of web services which are accessible by those with disabilities.  Disabilities involving vision, hearing, mobility, or other areas may necessitate the use of adaptive software and/or hardware, or consumer ability to modify factors such as font size, colors, response time, etc.  UM is aware of these issues and as it works to provide regularly upgraded web services, improvements in the overall accessibility of its web pages will be high priority.

If you should experience any difficulty accessing any of the information on our web pages, please contact Deborah McCune in our Office for Disability Support Services (mccuned@montevallo.edu,  205-665-6250 - voice or TTY, 205-665-6255 - fax), our webmaster (webmaster@montevallo.edu), or Computer Services, Help Desk (205-665-6520).  This will allow us to correct access barriers, as well as give us the opportunity to provide you the desired information in a more accessible format until the problem can be addressed.

All persons with a disability seeking participation in any program/services offered by the University of Montevallo are invited to notify the Central Calendar  Office 72 hours in advance of the event to request reasonable accommodations.  You can contact the Calendar Office at  Station 6292 or by calling 205-665-6292.
