Student for Constutional Reform at UM
SCRUM

The purpose of SCRUM is to educate students on the necessity of constitutional reform in Alabama; to give students a platform from which to voice opinions about constitutional reform; to increase awareness of constitutional issues in Alabama.  SCRUM encourages members to be politically active and to disseminate information regarding the current state constitution and the need for reform.
