National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association

Purpose:

The local University of Montevallo’s chapter of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA)  consists of full/part-time undergraduate and full time graduate Speech-Language Pathology students.  This chapter’s purpose is to: encourage professional interest among university students in the study of normal and disordered human communication behavior; assist CSD department in providing professional information to its NSSLHA members; provide a vehicle for student representation in matters of professional concern within the University, the community, and at the National NSSLHA level.
