Issues related to Sexual Assault or Harassment

Issues involving Student Misconduct
For disputes involving student misconduct there are two avenues of resolution. One is to request a meeting with the Dean of Students, Dr. Tammi Dahle to discuss the situation. Another is to refer the case to the University Justice Council. Individuals recommending a case be heard by the University of Montevallo Justice Council should complete and return a UM Incident Report and a Judicial Referral Form to:

Issues involving Student Grievances Against Faculty
For disputes involving student grievances against faculty there are two avenues to proceed. One is to request a meeting with the Dean of Students, Dr. Tammi Dahle, to discuss the situation and to have the process explained before filing the form. The second is to follow the procedures set forth in the document "Rules Governing the Justice Council on Issues of Student Grievance Against Faculty" .
