Identified and submitted nominee for QEP Evaluator to serve on the On-Site Reaffirmation Team
2011 – 2012
Launch of Foundational Courses – ENG 101/103 and 102/104, COMS 101/102, and MIS 161
Consultant hired to lead workshop for faculty to facilitate implementation, SLOs, and assessment tools (Spring 2011 & Summer 2011)
SAILS is administered as a pre-test to students enrolled in ENG 101/103
Course-embedded assessments are ongoing
Assessment results from Year 1 are shared with faculty and other appropriate groups/individuals for review and program improvement plans
2012 – 2013
Second year of Foundational Courses are offered and expanded with improvements identified through analysis of assessment data
Workshops and travel opportunities provided for faculty teaching Foundational Courses or planning Advancing Courses for launch in 2013-2014
SAILS administration and course-embedded assessments continue
Assessment results from all available direct and indirect measures from Years 1-2 are shared with faculty and other appropriate groups/individuals for review and program improvement plans
2013 – 2014
Launch of Advancing Courses – in General Education and Major curricula; continue, expand, and improve Foundational Course options
Workshops and travel opportunities provided for faculty teaching Foundational and Advancing Courses or planning Mastery Courses for launch in 2014-2015
SAILS administration and course-embedded assessments continue
Assessment results from Years 1-3 are shared with faculty and other appropriate groups/individuals for review and program improvement plans

Launch of Mastery Courses – in Major curricula; continue expand, and improve Foundational and Advancing Course options

IL Curriculum is in full implementation with active courses from all developmental tiers
