You will be asked to complete the following questions (200 words or less per answer):   

• Briefly describe your project.  Include in your answer how student learning will be enhanced, and which group(s) of students will benefit from the project.          

• How is your project related to Information Literacy in general and specifically to UM's IL Goals and Outcomes?  In your answer, include specific IL Student Learning Goals and Outcomes that will be addressed in your project.

•  Include an approximate budget.    

•  Include descriptions of materials, texts, assignments, and other elements of the project.     

•  How will you assess the effectiveness of your project?  Include details about assessment methods or tools.

   

It is not possible to save this form and return to it so you may wish to compose your answers in a separate document and paste them into the form.

However, you will have an opportunity to view your response once submitted and you may then print a copy for your records and/or copy them and save them into a document.
