| Maintenance Direct,
a product of SchoolDude, Inc., is the online work order management system that
the Physical Plant uses to document maintenance work orders from request to
completion. The system will acknowledge your request and update you on the
status via e-mail. MaintenanceDirect is monitored by the Work Order Center
Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*Please note that key requests no longer need to be submitted through MaintenanceDirect. A copy of the key request form along with instruction may be found on the University of Montevallo Department of Public Safety page: http://www.montevallo.edu/PublicSafety/ |

How to Submit an Online Request |

Enter 35248877 as the Organization Account Number *If you have previously visited the website, this screen may not appear. |

Enter your University of Montevallo email address and click "Submit" |
|
|
If you are a new user, the system will not find your email address. Enter your last name in the box provided and click "Submit" |

|
Enter your First Name and Phone Number and click "Submit" |
|
|
Choose the Location, Area (if applicable), and Area/Room Number of your request *Please be very specific in order for the technicians to find your maintenance issue in a timely manner. |

Select the Problem Type that best describes your issue *Please submit one (1) work order per request. For example, if you have a leaky faucet and a broken window, you would create two (2) work orders. |
