The Work Order Center is responsible for the distribution of all work requests to the appropriate Physical Plant Supervisor during normal business hours. We use an online work order management system called Maintenance Direct to document all requests from start to completion. Non-urgent work requests may be submitted online 24 hours/day, 7 days a week.
Requests made for services that are not considered general maintenance or repair will incur a charge. A list of charges for these services may be found on the corresponding pages for Custodial, Grounds and Facilities Maintenance.
