Membership in Phi Chi Theta is open to students earning a degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, or Marketing from the Stephens College of Business. The potential member must have completed at least one semester as a business major at the university of Montevallo. Also, a cumulative grade point average of 2.5  is required for entry and will be checked periodically in order to maintain active status in the fraternity.
