This quiz has been developed to test your knowledge of procedures and guidelines needed to design and conduct ethical research involving human subjects.  It is essential that you review the University of Montevallo IRB web pages, the Belmont Report, and 45 CFR 46 so that you can design research which meets criteria necessary for HASRC approval.  This quiz is comprised of twenty five true/false statements.  After you have read each statement and selected your answer, click on “Submit”.  If your answer is correct, you will continue to the next question.  If your answer is incorrect, you will have to go back to the question and try again.  After you have successfully completed the quiz you will be directed to click on a link to complete confirmation information.  You and the UM IRB/HASRC will receive an email acknowledging that you have successfully completed the quiz.  Keep a copy of this e-mail for your files.
