EmployeeConnect offers all benefits eligible employees and their immediate family members professional and confidential counseling designed to help with relationship, financial, and legal issues, as well as, mental health and substance abuse. Extensive mental health services including counseling are available to employees who subscribe to the University’s BCBS group health insurance plan.
