Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAF), Personnel Action Forms (PAF) and any other changes to the monthly payroll should be in the Office of Human Resources by the 20th of the each month for payment on the 1st. 

Changes to the bi-weekly payroll must be in by the approval deadline (see approval deadline dates on 2012 Bi-weekly & Student pay cycles) no later than noon the Monday following the end of the pay period.
