Please log onto Banner Self Service to update an existing address or phone number.
As applicable, employees must change their addresses with Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Health and Dental Insurance), Humana (Vision Insurance) and the Teachers' Retirement System (TRS).
Contact Human Resources if you need additional assistance.
