We are here to help you deal with the stress of college life. Our services are free and confidential and available to all currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff.

Our resources include:
::individual counseling—Meet with a counselor one-on-one to learn how to deal with life’s challenges.

::group counseling— Groups provide a time for students to meet with others in similar situations. 

::resource library—The resource library provides valuable information on relationships, families, mental health topics, college life as well as many other relevant topics.
