The Counseling and Career Center offers a variety of resources to help you better deal with the stress of college life. Our free and confidential counseling services are  available to all currently enrolled degree-seeking students.

Our resources include:
::individual counseling—Meet with a counselor one-on-one to learn how to deal with life’s challenges.

::group counseling— Groups provide a time for students to meet with others in similar situations. 

::resource library—The resource library provides valuable information on relationships, families, mental health topics, college life as well as many other relevant topics.
