Welcome to the Department of Continuing Education at the University of Montevallo.  We understand that your life is complex, but that everyone must continue to learn throughout their life in order to remain viable in today's competitive workplace.  We can assist you in this quest by providing training and education programs to foster your professional development.

The benefits of attending our programs are numerous.  The University of Montevallo is an accredited university and is the only public liberal arts institution in the State of Alabama.     "Liberal arts" indicates that our university provides a broad spectrum of courses to develop general knowledge for a wide variety of intellectual capacities.  In keeping with the liberal arts theme, our goal is to design and provide a variety of programs to address the specific needs of the career professional.
