Chi Sigma Iota Apply for Membership

Individuals invited to membership may complete the New Member Application form on line. The Chapter Faculty Advisor, Dr. Bartlett, will be notified by CSI that the application has been submitted. Payment for CSI membership must be submitted on line (no checks will be collected by the chapter leadership for the CSI membership fee although the national website may indicate this is an option).

However, the $10 annual chapter dues may be paid by check (written to Chi) or in cash, and submitted to Dr. Bartlett in her faculty box. A receipt will be provided to the new member by the Chi Treasurer.
